There was significant chaos in an agitated Jerusalem as Jesus was crucified, but to understand the power and influence His Resurrection would have on the world, one would have to look below and underneath all the chaos and noise taking place at ground level. David wrote, “For God alone, my soul waits in silence… My soul waits silently submitted to Him, for my Hope and Expectation are from Him! This Easter, we learn that to ‘Discern the Times,’ we need to learn how to trust God’s voice even when current affairs point away from His Promise. On the surface, all looked hopeless, but down in the depths of Hell, Jesus had already conquered it all.
