A stream is always being refreshed at any given moment and place. In the same way, it’s so important to be constantly refreshed and renewed by the Spirit and Nature of God, so that we don’t allow our past experiences (good and bad) to shape us! We are shaped and formed by the influence of the Holy Spirit on us. When we allow our past experiences to guide us, or when we value them more than the Holy Spirit, our flow becomes bitter and stagnant. But when we expect to be renewed, we receive His Blessing like rain!
