God created us to have loads of passion and energy, and way too often, the mountains that lie ahead often challenge us even before we start climbing. Sometimes the journey feels like a treadmill set to maximum resistance; this is an excellent time to try soaring instead of climbing. The thing about flying, though, is that it requires us to let go of any unnecessary weight and drag we try to bring along. To embark on the journey, we need to strip off every weight that so easily entangles us and mount up and soar on wings like eagles ourselves. Choose to rise and take flight, to live a buoyant and cheerful life sustained by God’s Presence. Thank you, Jesus, for loving us and lifting us up!
